What's the MOQ of each order?
The MOQ depends on different products. Our promotional products are low value daily-use consumables, we mainly sell to business customers (B2B). For some special order like trial order or supplementary order, the MOQ is negotiable according to specific conditions. Most of our metal crafts, we require a minimum order of only 100 units. Unlike many other manufacturers that require 200 units minimum. If you have any questions about placing a smaller order, feel free to contact us.
Do you accept private label?
Yes, of course. We accept OEM and logo printing.
Can you make customized products?
At NoyaPro, we have a skilled in-house experts dedicated to fulfilling your promotion, marketing, and advertising needs. We make your events stand out while providing exceptional customer service.
Do you provide free samples?
Usually stock samples (or counter samples) are free, we don’t charge for it. However, we might charge courier cost or ask for customer’s courier account. If your samples are custom made or logo printing, we will charge for mold opening. We send many samples on our account every week and month, it’s a very big cost caused by this. So now we are required to ask for customer’s courier account. If we can reach an order, the courier cost will be deducted from the amount of total amount. Hope you can understand and thanks for your understanding & support. We know when a customer let us send samples, it means the customer has interest in the products or would like to give a chance to evaluate whether could work with. We really appreciate that and we will try to find a way to reduce the pre-order cost.
What's your payment terms?
NoyaPro requires pre-payment before production. Generally we accept T/T Swift Transfer: 1) order amount>2000USD, T/T 50% advance payment as deposit once your order is ready to go into production, the balance pay before shipment. 2) order amount<2000USD, T/T 100% before production.
Can I pay via Paypal?
Sorry, we mainly sell goods to a business, not an individual. Usually Paypal is not acceptable by us.
Can I pay via credit cards?
If you are an individual buyer using credit card, please check on westernunion.com . Please check your country supports credit card online payment. WU accepts Visa® and MasterCard® credit cards.
How long could I get replied after send you an inquiry?

What is the price including the shipping door to door?
The shipping will highly depend on the location of delivery as well as the quantity being supplied. We will be able to give you the estimate when you have placed the order.
What file formats are accepted for my artwork?
We accept Adobe Illustrator, PSD , CDR, EPS, PDF or any types you have . If you don’t have artwork, don’t worry! Send us what you have. Our professional designers will help you create exactly what you need – FREE.
Do you keep my art on file?
Yes! We keep your artwork so that it’s easy to reorder and use your artwork on further orders!

Do you offer a "rush" service?
We promise to manufacture your products as soon as possible and try our best to meet your due date. Please inform our team about your due date at the earlier communication.
Can I have my unique design(size, mold, pattern, etc)?
Yes, customer’s designs such as size, mold, pattern, etc are welcomed.
Can I have custom package ?
Yes, let us know your different packing ideas.
How long will it take for the goods to arrive?
Our production times will highly depend on the printing design and style required by our clients. But in most cases, our lead time is between 1-3 weeks depends on quantity. We make our shipment through air, express, and sea. It takes 5 to 30 days to deliver at your doorstep or nearby address. Enquire with us on the actual days of delivery to your premises, and we will give you the best quote possible.
Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?
Sure! Just let your Customer Care Representative know before ordering and they’ll be happy to assist.
Can I ship on my own shipping account?
Sure! Please advise our sales before ordering and we are happy to assist.
Do you have a price list?
We are a professional supplier of promotional products. All of our products are made according to different molds and different artwork or decoration requirements. We don’t have a price list. Pls send us details about your events. We will recommend you some unqiue items.
What other service you have?
We provide you one-stop solution in custom promotional products. If you need other sourcing request, NoyaPro will support you from sourcing to shipping.
What is your shipping terms?
a. For small trial order, by air or by express :FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc b. For large order, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
What if I receive less than I ordered?
A very small possibility. Normally, we will check your package before shipment. In the unlikely event we ship fewer than ordered, we will re-ship the goods in the shortest time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before production begins. Once the item has your logo on it, we will no longer accept cancellations. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact your customer service representative. We will be happy to assist you.
What are open mold charges?
These are fees for creating molds, or other items necessary to emboss your specific logo. Remember, if you do an exact re-order of the same item, you do not have to pay the mold fee again! If your order quantity reaches MOQ, the mold cost is very low.
Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! We will send you artwork proof of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed! In order to ship out your package, we recommend that you confirm within the shortest possible time.
Do you charge custom tax?
No! This depends largely on your local customs policy. In the case of express shipping, we will usually declare the value of the goods lower so that you do not have to pay high customs fees.
Do you have licenses to print my logo?
If we use artwork you have supplied to custom your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.
